Residential Appraisers
Equity Solutions is a nationwide appraisal management company that specializes in creating long lasting relationships with state licensed and certified appraisers. Appraisal Qualification
All appraisers are licensed and certified, have at least three years of credible field experience, carry E&O insurance and must not have any disciplinary actions in the last five years. Our industry-leading technology platform makes the sign up process easy and fast. We take pride in our aggressive response to registration, with approval times as fast as the same day.
Relationship/Service
All appraisers receive a regionally-based dedicated account manager, who will be your point of contact for engagements and order-related questions.
In-House Review
All appraisers are reviewed by an in-house, licensed and certified appraiser who knows investors guidelines. Peer to peer support and NO outsourcing.
