As a licensed real estate professional, she also offers valuable industry insight that complements Equity Solutions’ work and enhances her understanding of client and business needs.

While her experience encompasses a wide range of financial and administrative disciplines, her primary focus at Equity Solutions is Human Resources. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment, supporting employees, and ensuring the effective administration of payroll and benefits programs. Her unique combination of financial expertise and HR leadership allows her to drive organizational growth while cultivating a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

Sandra Rose

QC Review Manager

Sandra Rose brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. She is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with extensive expertise in appraisal review, compliance and quality control management.

Sandra has spent more than 15 years in the Appraisal Management industry, where  she has developed a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and secondary market guidelines, and best practices for appraisal oversight.

In her current role ,Sandra is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control Department. She oversees appraisal reviews, ensures compliance with USPAP and agency guidelines while ensuring compliance and consistency across appraisal reports.
